SwellOracle provides informational surf and ocean-condition tools. Forecasts, buoy readings, model data and alerts can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.

Do not rely on SwellOracle as your only safety source for marine activities. Always check official marine forecasts, local conditions, warnings, and your own judgment before entering the ocean.

Users are responsible for the alerts, thresholds, notification destinations, and account information they configure.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for reliability, safety, security, legal compliance, or provider limitations.

Misuse, automated abuse, attempts to bypass limits, or unauthorized access to the service are not allowed.

SwellOracle entrega herramientas informativas sobre surf y condiciones del océano. Pronósticos, lecturas de boyas, datos de modelo y alertas pueden tener retrasos, estar incompletos, ser inexactos o no estar disponibles.

No uses SwellOracle como única fuente de seguridad para actividades marinas. Revisa siempre pronósticos oficiales, condiciones locales, avisos y tu propio criterio antes de entrar al mar.

Cada usuario es responsable de las alertas, umbrales, destinos de notificación e información de cuenta que configure.

Podemos cambiar, suspender o discontinuar funciones cuando sea necesario por confiabilidad, seguridad, cumplimiento legal o limitaciones de proveedores.

No se permite abuso automatizado, intentos de saltarse límites o acceso no autorizado al servicio.
